I noticed that the HiBit Uninstaller homepage lists Forced Uninstall and Installation Monitoring as two of the included features, which are not available with Revo Uninstaller unless you purchase the paid Revo Uninstaller Pro version. It seems to do a pretty thorough job but you do get a yellow UAC warning when you open it.
